Rico Colon, co-founder of Easy REO of Central Florida

The managing partner for our Central Florida office Rico currently resides in Melbourne, Florida with his wife Tessa, daughter Sabree and son Julian. Prior to relocating to Florida, Rico and his family lived in Colorado Springs , Colorado where he owned Empire Real Estate Development. It was through his work there that Rico honed his skills in real estate rehabilitation and preservation and gained substantial experience estimating and purchasing the material which were appropriate to complete the job and achieve his client’s objectives.

Prior to that, Rico worked as a manager for a large mortgage company for over four years. The time spent there helped Rico master the purchase, selling, and marketing of real estate. His understanding of his clients needs helped make him a top producer.
